Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a custom phone case from Captured Cases through this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use any image you upload.

Captured Cases sells personalised phone cases online and from our kiosk at The Lexicon, Bracknell.

You can contact us about an order at orders@capturedcases.co.uk. Please include your order reference if you have one.

Each online order is made using the phone model, case type, image, print position and notes you submit at checkout.

The live preview is a guide. Final print placement and colour may vary slightly because of screen settings, case shape, camera cutouts and printing tolerances.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the uploaded image appears illegal, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or infringes someone else's rights.

Prices are shown before you pay. UK delivery is shown separately before checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Captured Cases does not store your card details.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or display an order confirmation.

Online orders are delivered to the address collected during Stripe checkout. You are responsible for checking that the address is correct before paying.

We aim to prepare and dispatch paid online orders promptly, but delivery times can vary because of postal or courier delays.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or incorrect, we may need to charge a further delivery fee to resend it.

Because your case is personalised with your chosen image and phone model, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply once we have started making it.

This does not affect your legal rights. If the case is faulty, not as described, damaged on arrival, or we printed the wrong item, contact us and we will put it right.

You keep ownership of the image you upload. You give Captured Cases permission to use it only as needed to make, check, deliver and support your order.

Do not upload images that you do not have permission to use, or images that are illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
