Delivery Information

UK delivery is charged at GBP 2.99 for online case orders. This is shown before payment as the tiny parcel minimum delivery charge.

Delivery is currently available to Great Britain addresses collected through Stripe checkout.

Paid online orders are prepared after Stripe confirms payment and we receive the uploaded image and order details.

We aim to dispatch promptly, but dispatch times can vary during busy periods, stock checks, print quality checks or service disruption.

Stripe collects the delivery address during checkout. Please check the address carefully before paying.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed and a further charge may be needed to resend the order.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact orders@capturedcases.co.uk with your order reference.

We will check the order status and work with the delivery provider where needed.

Orders placed at our Bracknell kiosk are normally printed while you wait and are not posted unless this is agreed separately.
